Prospective Students

We are currently developing curriculum for a minor in environmental justice. This degree will combine hands-on learning at Quail Creek Family Farms with classroom curriculum based on the latest research in regenerative agriculture, environmental sustainability and ecology. It will be ideal to pair with a major in social work, science, business, communications, marketing and other disciplines to prepare students for high-demand jobs in environmental organizations.
